Who we are

We’ve been in the home remodeling business since 1960 when Ted Halikas started First American Builders of Chicago Inc. His nephew, James Halikas, joined the company in 1973 and took over the reins in 1985, building upon the company’s original mission of providing excellent workmanship at affordable prices.
